The SYNC system is very easy to navigate/use & if you have ANY questions, ANY Ford dealer is more than glad to answer questions & help out. It's sad that Ford has to waste more money on joining up with this corporate monster, I'd rather see the money stay in the company or spread out to the better dealerships. Boo on BestBuy!
