I would like to see a smart key combined with a built in GPS system that knows the car location and also knows the road speed limit and adjusts the max speed for the road where the person is driving.

I'm not exactly sure what a hybrid van has to do with teen safe driving, but we'll be debuting a battery-electric version of the Transit Connect (http://fordvehicles.com/transitconnect) next year. It's part of our overall hybrid and electrification strategy, which you can find summarized here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/18764571/Fact-Sheet-Fords-Electrification-Future

I'm curious to see that along with the introduction of more Automatic vehicles in the market there is a higher incidence of car accidents involving teenagers. My first car was a manual 5 speed and I learned many things about driving safely. I wonder if there is any correlation between more teenagers learning how to drive on automatic cars and accident rates.

I have had my ford Explorer for about 9 years and it just died at 335,000 miles. I also had been in the car when 2 gunshot bullets it my drivers side door while in the front seat. Fortunatly the bullets did not enter the car but there were holes and the bullets are still inside the door. My ford Explorer saved my life thank you so much.
